Exchange & Return Policy

Our Products are hand block printed and hand dyed by artisans using natural dyes, Hence each piece will be different in terms of block print or color ombre shade tones that are hand dyed , those pieces are individual and natural , Hence they are not considered damaged.

All orders go through quality check before shipping. However if you received a wrong or damaged product, please notify us at bohoessee@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the order with clear photos of defect, the outer courier pouch and original packaging.  We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

Non-Returnable Items 

Products shopped under SALE, BUY1GET1, Gift card, Handbags or non returnable section are not eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased for FREE during an offer, will not be accepted for returns.

We only exchange if there is any size related issue ,subject to availability and refund if damaged product issue.

Exchange Window

The product bought will only be accepted for exchange in size subject to availability  if informed within 2 days after the delivery,  We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded. Parcel will not be accepted if sent without prior communiction. 

Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within 2 DAYS of receiving the product would not be accepted.

Eligibility

Product must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Perfect condition with no damage, stains or marks is essential in same packaging with the invoice.

Bohoessee team holds the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. 

We only exchange or refund if there is any size related issue or damaged product issue.

Return Policy

We do not have a reverse pickup facility, you will be responsible for booking your own courier for returning your item.

Our team will inform you once we receive the courier and confirm the size change. The exchanged piece will be couriered back to your address once with no additional courier charges.

We only send the exchanged package free of cost once, post that there would be an additional charge of INR150.  

Each order is eligible for a return only once if the product falls under the Return & Exchange policy.

To Return

1. Email us at bohoessee@gmail.com with title " Exchange_ your order number" and  mention reason for return and send images if received damage item.
2. We'll send you return instructions.
3. Ship the item back to us if eligible or asked.
4. Once received and inspected, you will receive an update.

Refund & Exchange

Refunds are only made in terms of  Store Credits. 

Product purchased online will not be considered for exchange or refund offline or in-store.

Exchange is only applicable once and with the products of equal price value or more.

The credit note issued, will be valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Yes, you can redeem it offline once cross checked.

The exchange process takes between 10 to 15 days. Any additional information will be sent to you via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for shipping company pick-up / delivery delays.

Shipping charges are non - refundable.

Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once.

In case the order is RTO (Return to Origin), customers are required to pay Rs. 250 to have the order reshipped.

The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
